As water restoration specialists, we keep a close eye on weather forecasts. When we see that a storm with heavy rainfall is on its way, we get prepared to help. We know that when heavy rainfall comes, so does flooded basements. Typically, we have an on call rotation for both our office staff who takes the calls and our technicians who actually respond to the calls but in preparation for a storm event, all of our team members become ready to respond around the clock until every customer has been serviced. It is a great feeling being part of a team filled with members who are willing to join together in chaotic times and give it their all until every customer is taken care of and every team member is able to go home and rest.
