Secured structure, then began to help customer safely sort and inventory their personal property that was contaminated with tiny glass slivers and all other personal property items were cleaned and packed out back to our warehouse to allow structural repair.

After the Storm
SERVPRO of South Shasta County was called out to this home after a series of storms in our area caused roof damage. The homeowner had water coming down from the roof. There was water on three different levels of this home. The homeowner was simply beside himself and had never used a restoration company before, but had remembered all the SERVPRO commercials he had seen.
When our crew arrived onsite, we let the homeowner know exactly what needed to be done, how we would go about doing the work, and to be expecting follow up visits to monitor, and a couple phone calls from our office staff to ensure he was completely informed on the work in his home.

House Cleaned Up from Water Damage
Upon arriving to the home, SERVPRO of South Shasta County was met with a water damage that was entrenched throughout a home’s basement walls. In order to mitigate the problem, our crew members used specialized water detection equipment to pinpoint exactly where the damage was present. The wall was then removed and our crews strategically placed drying equipment to initiate the drying process. Although this was not an easy task, our professionals worked to get the job done in a timely and efficient matter. Being said, our crew was done in a matter of days, and the customer was left very satisfied.
